Universal trailed cultivators: KPU-6, KPU-8, KPU-10

Universal trailed cultivators KPU-6, KPU-8, KPU-10 are used for secondary tillage, autumn plowing, cultivation of fallow lands, tillage of stubbles and weeding.

The cultivators may be operated in any agroclimatic area, including those exposed to wind and water erosion, on any type of soil, including slightly stony ones (5-7 cm), at a humidity of up to 25% and soil hardness not exceeding 1.2 MPa.

Within one field pass, the cultivators perform the following operations:

- Soil loosening to a depth of up to 12 cm;

- Effective soil pulverization;

- Field surface levelling;

- Weeding;

- Controllable compaction of the top layer.

- Share 230 or 260 mm (manufacturer: “Bellota”, Spain)

- 3 rows of weeding harrows (tooth diameter 12 mm, manufacturer: “Bellota”, Spain) – option;

- Reinforced single pressure rollers

- 4 carrier wheels 300/80-15,3 14PR

Wider wheels enable to cultivate loose and marshy soils without falling into them.

The frame structure consists of pipes, made of constructional low-alloyed steel 09Г2С:

Basic bearing element in front and frame central section – pipe 120 x 120 x 6.

Bearing element at rear and longitudinal reinforcing elements – pipe 100х100х6
